When turned on the display is stuck on the background and I’m not able to sign into the Chromebook at all. It’s an Acer Chromebook C720, with a busted screen that’s going to be fixed.
Well, that depends on how did the screen get busted? It could be damage to the board or it could be stuck in a boot loop. If the boot loop is the case then I would create a recovery flash drive using a windows machine.
